We recently purchased an automatic shirt folding machine, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From the start, Elio was incredibly professional—he kept us updated throughout the build process and even sent photos of the machine being tested before it shipped. The machine was well-packaged and securely crated, arriving in perfect condition.  The machine was shipped about 10 days after our order was placed. Upon delivery, we discovered that the control panel was entirely in Chinese, but after reaching out to request a software update, the issue was resolved in just two hours. Impressive support! The machine itself is easy to use, performs exactly as expected, and has already become a favorite among our team. Folding shirts has never been faster or more efficient.
